The Mount

This renovation project revitalizes an existing 53,454-square-foot facility, enhancing both its functionality and visual impact. Two existing canopies were enclosed to create new storage rooms, increasing the total building area to 54,695 square feet while maximizing under-utilized space and improving operational efficiency.

A major focus of the renovation was the transformation of the exterior. New EIFS (Exterior Insulation and
Finish System) walls were constructed to form bold parapet towers, with the central tower rising to an
impressive 57 feet, serving as a visual anchor and architectural statement. A modern dark gray, light gray
and white color palette adds contrast and depth, giving the building a sleek, contemporary appearance.
Vertical wall extensions and a complete exterior repaint further unify the structure, delivering a refreshed
identity that balances function, durability, and design sophistication.
